Morshead’s Old Books is based in Hampshire. So if you are trying to find a secondhand bookseller in Hants, Wilts, Berks, Dorset or West Sussex we’d love to hear from you.
We sell books
We provide a personal service. We do not currently have an online catalogue, we do it differently. Just let us know what type of book you are looking for and we’ll do a mini catalogue of potential books just for you. And when we get something in which we think you would like we can give you a call..
We buy books
We buy a large variety of scarce old and antiquarian books. From Travel to Topography, History (social, military or natural), children’s, exploration and almost anything else. We even buy fiction sometimes!
We buy single books or complete collections.
If you have secondhand books to sell give us a call or fill in the enquiry form.
Don’t worry about bringing the books to us, we can come to you.
We value books
We also offer book valuations. If you want to know what your books are worth or you need a collection valued for probate purposes let us know, we are happy to offer this service to solicitors or individuals.
